In the workplace, reasonable accommodation regulations creates a level playing field for otherwise successful employees who need devices in order to perform work properly.

I believe Dwayne Wade would more than qualify as successful employee.  Migraine is most assuredly a disabling condition for which a number of devices have been developed which promote productivity.

I'd go to bat for him if I were coach, so to speak.
